Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations and team. You will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise a crew, manage daily tasks, and ensure quality service.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and executing reports and scheduling. This role offers growth potential in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.
• Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting changes to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.
