Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut Franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations in Gonzales, TX. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure friendly, personalized service, and deliver great food in a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing; access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Provide coaching and development for staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Assist in health and safety inspections and uphold standards.
• Help set a fun, family-friendly restaurant atmosphere.
