We seek a self-motivated team player with strong leadership, scheduling, and coaching abilities. Training is provided, and internal promotions are based on performance and business needs, not hire date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Support health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a welcoming family-friendly tone in the restaurant.
