The RAM leads shifts, conducts interviews, and maintains a clean, safe dining environment while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. The role requires full-time availability, good communication, and a proactive leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Full time required.
• Availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Coaches team members on food preparation and production management.
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory accuracy during shifts.
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts.
• Communicates discrepancies to supervisor.
• In RM absence, RAM completes daily, weekly, end-of-period paperwork and other duties as required.
• Maintains a safe environment for staff and guests per laws and safety codes.
• Completes incident reports per policy.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operating metrics.
