Duties And Responsibilities
- Complete all training requirements including: Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification, and Manager Certification
- Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet and exceed expectations
- Ensure proper training, ongoing coaching, and development of team members
- Create effective work schedules following standards and laws
- Delegate shift assignments, communicate expectations, and adjust as needed
- Supervise, lead, and coach team members to perform at their best and achieve goals
- Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate performance concerns to your General Manager
- Assist with performance reviews and mentorship
- Foster a positive culture and team morale through recognition and leadership
- Handle guest and team member concerns promptly and respectfully
- Follow all processes, policies, and procedures daily
- Maintain compliance with all guidelines, policies, and laws
- Keep accurate and current records using management tools
- Other responsibilities as needed
- Maintain flexibility to perform beyond standard parameters
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed and report concerns
- Escalate issues appropriately
- Perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Open availability; minimum 5 days, 32-48 hours/week
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- Successful background check
- Leadership qualities, organizational skills, cooperative interaction
- 1-3 years management experience required; restaurant management preferred
Capability Requirements
