Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a hospitality-focused team. You will ensure excellent guest service, maintain high food safety standards, and coach kitchen staff to perform at a high level.

You will work with an experienced Operator to create a culture of accountability, LEAN practices, and consistent execution across inventories, ordering, and end-of-month tasks.
