Open availability (50 hours/week) with openings, mid, and closing shifts is required. Annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $60,000, with performance-based pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a no-grease, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members.
• Running successful shifts in front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Building business through Genuine Hospitality.
• Supervising labor, food, and product orders.
• Interacting with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
