McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Restaurant Manager candidate for leadership and growth opportunities. You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, mentor staff, and drive guest satisfaction with Genuine Hospitality.

Annual salary ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 and includes a robust benefits package. Candidates should have at least one year of management experience and be available for opening, mid, and closing shifts, 50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen

• Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food and product orders
