McAlister’s Deli in McKinney, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager to supervise front and back of house, hire and train staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead shifts, coach team members and uphold service standards.

Expect to monitor labor and food costs, drive hospitality, and mentor staff in a supportive, clean environment. The role offers salary range with benefits and no late nights, with restaurant hours ending by 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen
