Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is looking for a Shift Manager in Arabi to manage successful shifts while achieving sales and profit goals. You will assist the General Manager by ensuring excellent service and a positive environment for both Guests and employees.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees, or Guests to the General Manager.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed on shifts, training Team Members.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and Guests.
