Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates high ethical standards; respectful to employees and guests; clear communication.
• Maintains composure under pressure and manages conflict professionally.
• Strong focus on food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and stand/walk 85-95% of shift.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; eligible to drive.
