Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Saint Peters, MO to support daily operations and guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and develop team members while maintaining a positive culture and ensuring quality food, safety, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include leading by example, managing staffing, and driving continuous improvement in performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates high ethical standards; treats employees and guests with respect.
• Maintains composure under pressure and effectively manages conflict.
• Shows strong awareness to food quality, safety, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs. and stand for 85–95% of the shift.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance.
