Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Jackson, TN to deliver quality customer service and food products while adhering to company standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of management experience, possess a valid driver’s license, and hold a Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe certification where required. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management as a Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide a valid driver's license.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
