Job summary

Golden Corral Corporation, via Vitall Partners, seeks to join our team in Michigan in an entry-level, hourly management role. You will be cross-trained in all restaurant positions and gain knowledge of ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.

You will work with General and Associate Managers, complete a certification program for in-store management skills, and assist in front- and back-of-house operations to uphold quality and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.
• Position requires standing and walking for periods of 2–5 hours without a rest break, and ability to lift heavy items over 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food production and operations of back of house and front of house.
• Cross trained in all skill positions and learn ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.
• Support General and Associate Managers and complete a certification program for in-store management skills.
• Assists when salaried manager is not on duty with front and back of house responsibilities.
• Ensure quality food, hospitality and cleanliness standards for guests.
