Flynn Group is seeking an Applebee's Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, lead a team, and ensure guests and staff have outstanding experiences each day. You will be responsible for service quality, safety, sanitation, training, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, with Serve Safe certifications considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines and unit objectives.
• Promotes a culture aligned with Flynn Applebee's core values.
• Responds promptly to guest complaints and ensures staff follow-up.
• Schedules employees effectively to meet sales demand and coverage needs.
• Maintains inventory levels and ensures sanitation and safety standards.
• Leads training and development of staff through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws and company procedures.
