Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. You will oversee staff, uphold food safety, manage daily processes, and help drive sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales > $1 million.
• 1+ years supervising 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and adhere to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service satisfaction.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
