McAlister's Deli in Texas is seeking a Restaurant Manager at the Assistant Manager level to lead teams on front-of-house and back-of-house, hire, train, and develop staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members.
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen.

• Expense supervision for labor, food and product orders.
