McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Restaurant Manager (Assistant Manager level) to lead and develop the team, supervise shifts, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on staff training, managing front and back of house operations, and upholding Genuine Hospitality.

Open availability (50 hours/week) and at least one year of management experience are required. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
