Cinemark Bridge Street and XD in Huntsville, AL seeks a Part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, train Team Members, and ensure top guest service. You will manage cash handling, beverage service, and inventory while upholding Cinemark standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation courses within the program.
• Food handling training and any local health certifications as required.
• Alcohol service training required where applicable.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance expected.
• Energetic, friendly attitude during each shift.
• Excellent guest service and basic math skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team work abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches Team Members to serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Interacts verbally with Guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Completes assigned administrative functions.
• Manages cash handling procedures following policy.
• Ensures alcohol service complies with state and federal laws.
• Conducts inventory and ordering as necessary.
• Accepts and audits deliveries.
• Maintains budgets and supports profit growth.
• Reports all employee relations issues to the General Manager.
