Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED and completion of Cinemark’s MAP Core courses. Flexible hours, strong guest service, and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (MAP Core, etc.).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with guests and team members.

• Follows General Manager direction and supports staff across departments.
• Trains and coaches team members in their roles.
• Assists in administrative and reporting duties for the GM.
• Ensures excellent guest service and handles cash accurately.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Coordinates scheduling and staffing to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends.
