The role partners with the District Manager and team to uphold standards, coach staff, and ensure a clean, inviting dining experience. Applicants should be ready to lead in a dynamic environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service setting.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate staff.
• Coach, counsel, and develop team members.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
