Job summary

The Assistant Manager at The Sicilian Butcher Arizona will lead daily operations, supervise front and back of house teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and foster a positive, high-energy culture.

This role requires a hospitality-driven leader with strong organizational skills. You will oversee scheduling, quality food execution, and staff development while maintaining brand integrity across all shifts

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy guests.
• Be at least 21 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the brand daily and manage front of house & back of house positions.
• Ensure cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and same-store sales growth.
• Review weekly employee schedules and assist in weekly reports.
• Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
