Job summary

The Sicilian Butcher Arizona is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends hospitality, culinary excellence and operational performance to drive guest satisfaction and staff engagement in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will support the General Manager and lead daily front- and back-of-house operations, scheduling, and performance reporting while ensuring adherence to brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy guests.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to execute brand standards daily.
• Support General Manager and Assistant General Manager in store performance and reporting.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, hospitality, and service quality across front and back of house.
• Maintain cleanliness, health and safety standards, and inventory controls.
• Assist with weekly scheduling, training, and staff development.
