Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Must communicate professionally with managers, kitchen and dining staff and guests.
• Proficient at line checks.
• Understand management bonus structure and how actions affect it.
• Proficient at FOH setup and server sectioning.
• Proficient at server checkouts and money handling.
• Proficiency in POS Comps, Promos, Batch settlements.
• Previous restaurant supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Flexible and open availability.
• Ability to direct, support, and drive excellence.
• Maintain kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Guest relations and food quality meet Meg O’ Malley’s standards.
• Motivate the team to deliver a festive atmosphere.
• Lead clean-up and sanitation to standard.
• Monitor health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Maintain budget, staff records, payroll, and bills.
• Monitor inventory, schedules, and payroll/records.
• Check quality of beverage, fresh foods, and baked goods deliveries.
• Coordinate with sales reps to order supplies.
• Arrange maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Recruit, hire and train staff.
• Manage work hours for FOH and BOH staff.
• Monitor food prep and line checks.
• Ensure points of service are executed.
• Evaluate health and safety practices.
• Solve issues concerning menus, staff and guests.
