Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across all team levels.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Shift Manager.
• Supervises staff to ensure safety, quality, cleanliness and inventory control.
• Coordinates staff and operations to maintain daily restaurant standards.
• Manages 4–12 staff, assigns, oversees and evaluates work, and may conduct performance evaluations.
• Handles paperwork, assists with product orders and inventory.
• Supports planning of events and promotions.
• Completes online training courses as directed.
