Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and ensure friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment. You will support staffing, training, and coaching to maintain a high standard of guest experience.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a fast-paced setting, a valid driver’s license, and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent; eligible state/federal documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
