The role collaborates with the District Manager and team to maintain high standards, train staff, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment. Prior assistant manager experience and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant’s daily operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Meet health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
