Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, ensure friendly service, and deliver great food in a clean, inviting environment in Mebane, NC.

You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager, lead a small team, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards while promoting a positive, family-friendly dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set a welcoming tone for a family environment.
