You will lead a small team, schedule staff, and ensure health and safety practices are followed. The position offers opportunities for internal promotion based on performance and business

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train, and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
