The role involves leading a team, scheduling shifts, training staff, and collaborating with the General Manager and District Manager to sustain performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service environment (preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staffing schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure food handling, equipment maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and inspections.
