Marco’s Pizza, part of Hoogland Restaurant Group, is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead and develop people, ensure outstanding product quality, customer service, and store profitability. You will assist with scheduling, performance feedback, and HR processes, manage inventory and deposits, and help drive KPIs while upholding sanitation and brand standards.

A minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience is preferred; you’ll engage up to 20 team members and have opportunities

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to deliver quality product and service.
• Assist manager with scheduling, performance feedback, and policy updates.
