Marco’s Pizza in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a restaurant team and drive results for quality, service and sales. You will recruit, train and coach team members, ensure dining room and kitchen standards, and support cost controls and promotions.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate scheduling, and upholding company processes to maintain a world-class operation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Experience coordinating scheduling, training, and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and developing team members.
• Support in planning and executing marketing events and promotions to drive store sales.
• Manage P&L line items to reduce waste and ensure store profitability.
• Oversee security procedures for deposits and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to complaints as needed.
