Red Robin in Wasilla is hiring a Full Time Restaurant Assistant Manager. You will lead daily operations, supervise front and back-of-house teams, and uphold our guest-first service standards. The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of restaurant management, strong communication, excellent organization, and the energy to keep our team motivated.

Must be 21+ with a valid TAPS card. Flexible schedule offered. You will train new staff, manage schedules, and insure safety and guest satisfaction standards

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of restaurant management experience (preferably in casual dining).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• 21+ years old with valid TAPS card.
