Responsibilities

• Leadership: work with and through others to accomplish goals, manage shifts, inventory, scheduling, cash reconciliation, and provide guest service.
• Integrity: follow Fazoli’s policies, systems, and processes to represent the brand and maintain excellence.
• Business Acumen: handle day‑to‑day operations including guest service, sales building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum age: 18 years of age or older.
• Experience & Training:
• External candidates: 12+ months restaurant management experience (casual/fast‑casual preferred).
• Internal candidates: 6+ months as a Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
• Availability: open to work all shifts during restaurant hours and flexible to transfer or assist at other locations as needed.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $16 hourly.
