Job summary

Via 313 in Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on the floor, develop team members, and ensure guests have memorable experiences. You'll work closely with restaurant leadership to run daily operations, coach staff, and drive sales while upholding safety and quality standards across shifts.

We’re looking for hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting, communicate clearly, and can mentor a team from the floor. Paid training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Provide real-time feedback and reinforce performance expectations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns.

• Partner with restaurant leadership to identify opportunities and improve results.

$50,000–$55,000 annually Starting salary is based on experience and qualifications.

A Day in the Life

As a Via 313 Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside your restaurant leadership team to support daily operations, develop team members, and make sure we're delivering on our promise of Every Guest. Every Pizza. Every Experience.
