Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead flavorful, fast-paced shifts and act as the go-to leader when the GM isn’t on deck. You’ll guide the team and ensure a memorable guest experience.

You’ll train and coach your crew, help manage inventory and cash, and jump in wherever needed—from register to grill. The role offers hourly pay, a supportive Thrive Restaurant Group culture, and growth opportunities.

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
