Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Greenville, SC is seeking a dynamic Shift Supervisor to lead during busy shifts, coach teammates, and ensure a top guest experience. You’ll step in for the GM or AM, guide the team through fast-paced service, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or retail leadership experience, strong communication, flexibility with nights, weekends, and holidays, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience = major plus.
• A natural leader who thrives in the hustle.
• Great communicator, team player, and cool under pressure.
