Job summary

Burger King in Forest, MS is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations and drive profitability. You will manage a team of 20–45, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through efficient service and strict adherence to brand standards.

The AGM collaborates with the RGM, handles inventory, cash controls, and maintenance, and steps in as Shift Coordinator as required. Prior quick-service management experience is preferred and a minimum age of 18 is required.

Qualifications

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant and driving key performance outcomes.
