Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, energize the team, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will hire, train, and develop a dream team, own the numbers, ensure safety and cleanliness, and foster growth and community connections while operating across opening to close with Thrive Restaurant Group support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management (fast casual or full service preferred).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of building teams.
• Budgeting, inventory, scheduling, and operations management.
