Job summary

McAlisters Deli in Frisco, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager at the Assistant Manager level to lead a team on front and back of house and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will hire, train and develop staff, supervise labor and food costs, and uphold our Genuine Hospitality values. Open availability (50 hours/week) with opening, mid and closing shifts is required; benefits include insurance, PTO, and a performance-based bonus program.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year
