McAlisters Deli is seeking a Restaurant Manager at the Assistant Manager level to lead teams, guide front-of-house and kitchen operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires 1 year of management experience and open availability (50 hours/week). Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and controlling labor and costs while upholding our Genuine Hospitality standards.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year

Requirements

• One year of management related experience
