Job summary

McAlisters Deli in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager (Assistant Manager level) to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, train staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will supervise shifts, manage labor and food costs, and embody Genuine Hospitality while guiding team members to achieve excellent service and operational standards.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year
