Job summary

McAlisters Deli in College Station, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager (Assistant Manager level) to lead teams, train staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise shifts, control labor and food costs, and uphold our Genuine Hospitality standard.

The role requires one year of management experience, open availability for 50 hours per week, and the ability to manage opening, mid, and closing shifts. Competitive salary and full benefits are provided.

Annual Salary:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year
