We are looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to join our team. Our restaurants are staffed with amazing people, and we are looking for more. The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a dedicated team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and increasing sales. They do this by managing restaurant systems effectively to achieve goals, develop staff, and provide outstanding service. RAMs are eligible for bonuses based on operational and financial performance.

Position Duties

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfies guests.
• Train and coach team members.
• Use GPS Hospitality Systems to run the restaurant efficiently each shift.
• Implement controls, especially for cash and inventory.
• Set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results.
• Maintain operational standards, including speed of service, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Address variances in food and labor costs and take corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work all shifts as required, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends.
• Lead by example, demonstrating high proficiency in restaurant operations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Show strong problem-solving skills.
• Follow all regulations, laws, and policies related to food safety and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.

Position Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
