Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily operations at the Baker, LA location. This role focuses on profitability, guest satisfaction, and people development while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

You will coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members, manage inventory and cash controls, and collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to meet speed-of-service goals and maintain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two (2) years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through inventory control, cash handling, and cost management.
• Lead guest service initiatives to ensure friendly, accurate, and fast service in a clean facility.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise restaurant performance and develop talent.
• Oversee operations to ensure speed, quality, and adherence to brand standards; perform Shift Coordinator duties when needed.

Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager (AGM)Location: BAKER, LAPosition OverviewThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) is the operations leader of the restaurant, focused on profitability, guest service, people development, and operations management. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant and driving key performance outcomes.
