Job Summary

Supports the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including scheduling, recruiting, inventory management, daily reporting, financial processes, safety and sanitation procedures, and company policies. Leads the development of future managers and coaches team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions
  • Supports General Manager in all areas of operation
  • Runs shifts effectively, ensuring quality and prompt service
  • Monitors and coaches team on safety and sanitation
  • Monitors portion control and reduces food waste
  • Maintains guest relations and follows up on feedback
  • Coaches and develops team members
  • Leads by example with integrity
  • Performs opening and closing procedures
  • Ensures equipment maintenance
  • Enforces uniform and hygiene standards
  • Recruits and hires new team members
  • Documents incidents promptly
  • Creates schedules based on sales projections
  • Manages shift deployment and labor goals
  • Completes inventory and investigates variances
  • Engages with community relationships
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Constant standing and walking
  • Lift/carry up to 10 lbs constantly, 50 lbs occasionally
  • Bending, reaching, stooping
  • Basic computer literacy
