Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Akron, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead a team to deliver great pizza and fast, friendly service. You will develop people, schedule, and ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety while controlling costs and building sales.

Weekly KPIs, store profitability, and promotions will be key focus areas. You will support managers, handle deposits securely, and participate in marketing events to boost store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience and/or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service, while helping to build sales and control costs.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance feedback and communication.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation; manage inventory par levels and ordering.
