Job summary

PittCareers-Livech is seeking a capable Beverage & Food Service Supervisor for a high-energy, 24/7 casino environment in Greensburg, PA. You will oversee daily operations, train managers and staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain inventory and quality control for beverage and food service.

Responsibilities include managing costs, ensuring safety standards, and enforcing gaming regulations while delivering a quality guest experience and profitability for the department.

Qualifications

• Must be Serv-Safe and RAMP certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• Achieves budgeted revenues, controls expenses and labor costs, and maximizes profitability within all areas of food & beverage outlets.
• Maintains company operating standards.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Physical Requirements:
