Job summary

Penn Station Shadyside is seeking an Assistant General Manager to serve as the right hand to the General Manager, developing a young team, reinforcing strong systems, and keeping the operation smooth during high-volume shifts.

This full-time role offers a clear path to General Manager, hands-on leadership from a GM who wants to grow leaders, and a fast-paced environment where performance and guest experience come first.

Full-Time | $55,000–$60,000/year | 50 hours/week

Now we're looking for an AGM who can be a true right hand to the General Manager—someone who can help develop a young team, reinforce strong systems, and keep the operation running smoothly during high-volume shifts. What You'll Do
