Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Additional Responsibilities

- Assist the General Manager with employee relations.
- Create and implement systems to enhance operations.
- Build and establish community relations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn and train others on operational aspects.
- Receptive to coaching and proactive in self-development.
- Ability to inspire hospitality and motivate others.
- Effective coaching and development skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Knowledge of P&L and sales strategies is highly desirable.
